The Team

Roni Eliav– The founder and co-owner is a reserve lieutenant colonel in the IDF Shaldag unit and served as a Sayeret Matkal (General Staff Reconnaissance Unit). Later in his career Roni served in a variety of management positions for El Al at Ben Gurion Airport, and for the Israel Security Agency.  He was also the manager of the El Al security guard and air marshals department, senior security officer in Rome, manager of security at Ben Gurion Airport. In addition he set up the emergency, technology and security division in the Local Authorities Center Economy and Finance Company

 

Yoav Manor – The founder and co-owner is  a reserve officer who served in the Golani commando unit. He was a security section graduate in the Israel Security Agency, and served in different security-oriented positions for 28 years, in the fields of aviation, dignitary protection, and delegation security. His last position was as Israel’s security manager in Europe. He has been working in the private sector since 2001 as a consultant and trainer for entities in Israel and abroad

 

Avi Goldberg– The director of the company’s security school was an officer in the IDF. He served in the counter-terrorism school and in the Israel Security Agency.  Avi worked as a security expert and trainer for dignitary protection personnel, and guards in airports, airplanes and Israeli agencies around the world.  He is an experienced trainer in the institutional and private sectors, and is actively involved in training the national dignitary protection unit.  Also trained elite units of the security forces and the IDF, Avi has supervised the construction and training of security units and foreign counter-terrorism. Units in dozens of countries worldwide on behalf of the state of Israel

  

The school staffs, which is experienced in the most advanced combat and training techniques, is made up of trainers who have been qualified by the Israel Security Agency and the IDF counter-terrorism school, and now train and consult in the civilian sector. The school has experienced fight trainers, fitness and contact combat (Krav Maga) trainers, the best paintball trainers in Israel, psychologists and lecturers, experienced outdoor driving instructors, trek and orienteering. Guides, maintenance staff and a broad support team that will be happy to be there for clients and pupils at any time
